For the past forty years, I have worked in the field of Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Services:

I offer in-home consultations and assessments, interventions and family meetings designed to educate and support the family member with the substance use disorder as well as the entire family. Substance Use Disorder is a Family Disease. 

My services are $150/hr.

Experience
My experiences have included ten years at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Psychiatric Unit in Keene, N.H., fourteen years At Beech Hill Hospital- a twenty-eight day Substance Use Disorder Treatment facility and fifteen years at Open Door- both out-patient and a six month in-patient program for women and children.

I also completed a Pilot Program for the State of Maine which placed me in two counties assessing individuals reported for child abuse and evaluating them for the need of treatment for Substance Use Disorder. During these times, I have worked closely with the families by leading groups and having individual sessions to help guide them through the process of their Recovery also.
