It is Reen's belief that our most inherent and most natural state is that of joy and well-being. She believes this to be true of everyone. It is her view that our life experiences and the beliefs, thoughts, and emotions that result often serve to distance us from our innate birthright of wholeness and contribute to suffering. She sees her role as a therapist as joining with clients and facilitating their return to wellness.

Treatment is tailored to individual clients and that which resonates with them personally with a strong emphasis on the cultivation of insight, acceptance, empowerment, and self-compassion.

Treatment issues include but are not limited to

  • Mood disorders Addiction
  • Depression Relationship issues
